This week on our “Interview With an Intern” series, we talked to Allie Rounds, a meetings intern from Princeton, NJ. She’s a Junior at Vanderbilt University with Political Science and Spanish majors. We asked her all about her internship & what it’s like to work at PMG — read on to find out what it’s like being a PMG intern!
How long have you been with PMG? Since May of this year
What’s your favorite thing about PMG Company Culture? My favorite thing about PMG company culture is how supportive everyone always is. People are always willing to go out of their way to help others and are incredibly welcoming.
What’s the most valuable skill/thing you’ve learned while interning at PMG? The most valuable skill I have learned while interning at PMG is grant writing. This is a skill I wanted to learn going into my internship and PMG has helped me gain this skill.
If you had to describe PMG in three words, what would they be? Welcoming, supportive, and growth-oriented.
What would you say to someone thinking about applying for a PMG internship? I would encourage them to definitely apply! This internship has been incredibly rewarding for me and everyone at PMG makes it a great experience. It is an amazing opportunity.
We are so thankful to have Allie as a part of our team here at PMG!
